Saw this post on Tinkerlab. Looked easy enough. So we set to work right away!
I advise you to add just half a cup of water at first, and bake for at least 2.5hours. I don’t know if it’s because Singapore is really humid, but the ornaments have already soften by the second day. Let’s see if they last till Christmas. Haha.
Ruined the ornament with lousy painting skill? No worries. Just put glitter! Glitter instantly prettifies everything!
It was really fun and easy. I don’t mind doing this again. Painting was a bit tedious though, especially for the kids. They loved the cookie cutting part (to shape the dough) and applying glitter (obviously!).
Now I have a really colorful Christmas tree!
